Accessibility
The standard this site is built to, and how to tell us if something on it doesn't work for you.
The standard this site is built to.
This website is built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA, the internationally published standard that accessibility is normally measured against.
In practice that means text that stays readable at high contrast, type that resizes without the layout breaking, a visible outline on anything you can focus with a keyboard, a skip link before the navigation, headings in a sensible order, form fields with real labels attached to them, and images described accurately rather than stuffed with keywords.
What we’re not claiming
We’re not claiming this site is perfect, and we’re not going to put a badge on it saying it’s certified. Accessibility isn’t a certificate, it’s a condition that has to be maintained every time a page changes, and any site that says otherwise is describing a day rather than a state.
Where something here falls short of the standard, we’d rather know about it and fix it than have a claim on this page that says otherwise.
If something doesn’t work for you
Tell us. Use the form at the bottom of this page, or call the number at the top, and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. You don’t need to know the technical name for the problem.
If the website itself is the barrier, the phone number works and a person will deal with you directly. Nothing here requires you to use this website to do business with us.
Book a call
“I'd love to learn about you and your business.”
Ten minutes, and it's mostly me asking what you do, where you do it, and what you've already tried. No pitch deck, no discovery fee, no sales pressure.
Send the form on the rightbelow and I'll set up a call. If we're not a fit I'll tell you right up front and do my best to point you in the right direction.
