There’s nothing to buy before we talk, no paid audit, and nothing to sit through. The conversation is mostly us asking how you’re getting new clients now and whether the thing you think is broken is the thing that’s actually broken. Quite often it’s not, and quite often the answer costs less than you were expecting.

You can see who we turn away before you call, so you can rule us out without speaking to anybody. That’s deliberate.

And if you do call, there’s no pressure in it. No pitch, no closing, nobody chasing you for weeks afterwards. We’d genuinely rather hear about your business than talk anybody into anything, and that holds whether you’re ready to start or just working out what you might do later in the year.
